Unless you've been living under a rock for the past few months, you'll know that the genius that is Oliver Rousteing, Balmain's creative director, has teamed up with high street store H&M to create the ultimate collaboration. Since announcing the collaboration at the Billboard Music Awards, with the help of his celebrity friends, Rousteing has stormed social media to create a movement of togetherness with: #HMBalmaination.
With help from Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid, on October 21st, Rousteing staged a catwalk show in New York to preview some pretty spectacular pieces from the collection, such as the infamous beaded jacket that Kendall first previewed on the night of the collaboration announcement. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Kylie Jenner were both in attendance at the launch in New York, donning items from the collection.
The collection will be available in around 250 stores from November 5th. I'm determined to get my hands on the beaded jacket, but if the Instagram and blogging world is anything to go by, it's gonna be sold out pretty dam quickly.
